Yes its Ladies Night
Well if I was to say there was a suprising result this wednesday 24th Feb 2009 there would be an uproar from the female members of the dbpoker league. However for the first time, and a nice change, there were 4 ladies in the final four seats.
Destiny Debbie, Sandra and Jackie were joined by Sandy WB, who limped through the final table with a chip and a chair to be the only male in the final four. It was even more suprising that Sandy made it to the last three when Jackie finished in a very creditable fourth place and a third consecutive week in the top 4.
Sandys luck finally ran out as he finished in third place to leave Debbie and Sandra to fight out the final two places. It only took a few hands to split the two ladies as both played very aggressively with Debbie taking the spoils.
Well done to the ladies!!!
